Refugees Then and Now (R)

We are delighted to be partnering with HIAS+JCORE to bring members a unique opportunity to hear about the experiences of two refugees who arrived in Britain almost a century apart. Diana will share her personal story of arriving in the United Kingdom with her children in 2023, having fled her home country to escape severe domestic abuse. Judith is a second-generation Holocaust survivor and will tell her family’s story of life in Austria before and after Nazi occupation, including that of her mother Charlotte and aunt Frieda.
